This guy stated I had some payday loan of over 1800 and that of i didnt pay it they would take me to court. He stated they would put it as a lien on my car or garnish my wages if i didnt pay. I told him I never took a loan with said company. He had my last 4 of social, email address, phone number, and license plate number. BEWARE SCAM!!

I ordered dragon chairs from this company. They even provided a tracking number. The product said delivered but never arrived. I called the tracking company and they said they get multiple calls about this product and it was a scam. They said I won’t receive the package.

I received an email containing my correct first and last names, but my mailing address was incorrect, and an unknown license number was listed. I was told I owe $100 for a parking violation in Denver (CO) on a recent date, and I wasn’t even in that state. (I don’t live in Colorado and haven’t driven in the state in years.)

I had been scammed by this person who made a scammed website saying they partner with USA Cost Co Corp! I need my money back and you guys need to do your damn job getting these hackers who's advertising theu sell products and 3rd party store online. Everything that happened on that website is FAKE including all transaction money being stolen with fake confirmation # and no real tracking and fake product description. Purchased airline tickets, after several agruements of them not honoring agreement and they now want a cancellation fee $98.00 stating American airlines has charged us and nothing we can do about it. When we talked to American airlines, they have never heard of this 3rd party company, not listed on our flight given to us or billed by American Airline. We have added a freeze on the credit card used, until it shows up, they cannot do a dispute and investigation. Might want to warn others this is a scam website company.

Facebook had an ad for a store closing. The pricing was 90% off Dillard's Outlet. I bought 35.39 but the merchandise did not come.

They called them selves a school, but they do not have any title or anything, professors dont know anything, and what they promised was all lies, when i tryed to canceled they forced me to keep paying, even tho i never sign any contract, they dont have neither fisical agency, the addres posted is a lie, the date of creation it said it was 20 years ago, but was just 1 year ago. Everything there is a lie i am constantly been harassed for them

**************** Tracking # Never received They are ripping people off. I for one was not the right person to scam. I emailed them dozen of times.I called JCPenny at least 15x. Got no where. I was so fustrated. They added 10.99 for shipping 18 for merchandise. Never got it. Called the post office. Didnt deliver it. No such tracking. After trying to warn people about their post being a scam they emailed me saying they would refund me but not the 10.99 for shiping. That came from logistics and cannot be refunded. I said I did not receive anything. Got nowhere. They have a scam going on. I understand now why all my calls were answered by chinese people. Found oùt they bought out JCPENNY.
